Dispute Resolution Lawyer

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Dispute Resolution Lawyer to join a CQS accredited, multi-office and forward-thinking law firm who are proud of the service they offer and who have an enviable record of sustaining long-term relationships with clients.

You will be joining an outstanding litigation and disputes team who have many years of experience dealing with a wide range of cases from debt collection to High Court commercial disputes and injunction.

Responsibilities:

  • As the Disputes Resolution Lawyer, you will deal with a wide variety of issues, including:
  • Debt collection
  • Boundary and other property disputes
  • Breach of contract
  • Commercial disputes
  • Landlord and tenant disputes
  • Possession proceedings
  • Building disputes
  • Contentious probate matters and injunctions

Requirements:

  • You will preferably be experienced in employment law
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Provide high quality advice to clients across a broad range of issues
  • First class attention to detail
  • Sound technical knowledge
