JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Solicitor

SALARY: £30,000 - £40,000 (Dependent on experience)

THE ROLE:
Seeking a fresh challenge as a Commercial Property Solicitor. An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join this leading regional law firm and undertake a full and varied caseload of commercial property transactions. You will be working closely with the other members of the team and the appointed Commercial Property Solicitor will be seeking a supportive and encouraging working environment where they can gain exposure to a diverse range of commercial property transactions.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from Commercial Property Solicitors or Legal Executives who are seeking a superb platform to really develop their career as a Commercial Property Lawyer. The team provides advice on all types of commercial property matters including but not limited to landlord and tenant, development, sales and purchases, leases and a variety of other matters. Suitable Commercial Property Solicitor will possess a working knowledge of all types of commercial property matters. You will have gained at least 2 years relevant experience within a practice renowned for their commercial property offerings and be looking for a friendly and supportive environment where you can see your career flourish.
