Property Development Solicitor

A market leading, North West Property business is looking for a commercially astute Solicitor to join their In-House legal team. The role would suit someone with some exposure to acquisitions, sale documents and development agreements and is interested in working In-house. Salary is dependent on individual experience and candidates will also receive a generous performance based bonus and variety of other benefits.

This successful property business employs around 2000 people across the UK and is continuously expanding. As part of the wider In-house Legal team, you will sit within the acquisitions division and will work alongside a small team of lawyers and paralegals in providing advice on anything from option agreements, development contracts, and design and build agreements. The in-house team works collaboratively so you will have the opportunity to act on all transaction undertaken by the business (UK Wide) and assist senior solicitors with more complex projects.
