Non-contentious Construction Lawyer - Leeds

Non-contentious construction lawyer is required by a top 100 national firm.

The role will involve acting for an impressive range of clients for both public sector and private sector clients across the energy, health and housing. This means you will be working on major housing and hospital developments and energy infrastructure projects.

To be considered for the role, you should have at least 3+ years PQE in the area and coming from a large city or national firm with a similar spread of commercial/public sector clients.

The team will consider those with real estate, planning, construction or general property skills.

Business development is also a key factor for this role, as they are looking for someone who will be able to nurture relationships with assisting clients but also bringing in new contacts and raising the firm's profile.

An excellent opportunity for a construction lawyer who enjoys non-contentious work, join a leading and growing national firm.

Brooke Thornham Consulting advertisements use PQE levels purely as a guide to the level of experience required for the role and this does not prohibit applications from candidates who are able to demonstrate the necessary skills and experience. We aim to respond to enquiries as soon as possible but if we have not contacted you within 5 days then unfortunately on this occasion your application has not quite met the requirements of our client closely enough.
