NQ Family Lawyer
An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a talented NQ Family Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a reputable, progressive and specialist family law firm with multiple offices across the country. They are a Lexcel accredited firm who take pride in having a client focused approach and their aim is to provide the very best legal advice, service and outcomes for their clients.
The role is permanent and full time, although candidates who meet the criteria and who may seek to work part time, will be considered and there will also be an opportunity for some home working.
Responsibilities:
- As recently qualified you will be mentored and supported by an experienced Family Solicitor and you will undertake a private family caseload which includes, but not limited to:
- Divorce and separation
- Mediation
- Financial Settlements
- Children matters
- Civil partnerships
- Cohabitation
- Domestic violence
- Collaborative law
Requirements:
- You will be recently qualified or soon to be qualified solicitor or Legal Executive
- Client management should be a main area of strength and experience, together with a desire to conduct your own advocacy in time
- Highly IT proficient as the office operates a paperless working environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally
