Job Details
A well established modern law firm in Central Manchester are looking to add an experienced Conveyaner to their team.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 12 months experience dealing with Residential Property matters from freehold toleasehold properties in a vareity of different transactions.
You will be dealing with a varied and interested caseload of sales & purchases, leases, new builds, plot purchases & shared equity, amongst other areas, however experience is not a prerequsite in all of these areas.
The firm puts a strong emphasis on client care and uses modern working practices
The team is large and very team orientated with a great atmosphere.
