A Residential Property Lawyer with at least 2 years experience of running residential property transactions is required by a busy law firm in Hampshire.

The Role
The Residential Property Lawyer will join a busy Residential Property team in managing a full case load of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion. the Residential Property Lawyer will have the experience of client management and developing new business. The Residential Property Lawyer will work upon a wide range of property transactions including freehold, leasehold, sale an purchase. The role is commutable from Eastleigh, Southampton, Winchester and Romsey.
 
The Candidate
The Residential Property Lawyer will have at least 2 years experience as a qualified solicitor, legal executive or licensed conveyancer. Excellent communications skills are essential together with previous business development experience.
 
Salary dependent upon experience.
