JOB TITLE: Corporate Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 5 years+ PQE
LOCATION: Birmingham City Centre
SALARY: £60,000 - £70,000

OVERVIEW OF ROLE:
Due to their ongoing success and great strides to establish themselves as a leading player in the Midlands and National legal market, our client is now looking to expand their corporate department by appointing a driven and tenacious Corporate Solicitor. Our client's corporate team work with companies across all business sectors from start-ups to international organisations, advising on a diverse and broad plethora of matters including, but not limited to, investment and shareholder documentation, M&A, reorganisations, venture capital, cross-border transactions, private equity investments and restructurings. The successful Corporate Solicitor will reap the rewards of joining this firm, getting the opportunity to work alongside former city lawyers on high quality national and international work, as well as having a set career development plan to ensure they meet their goals and potential.
REQUIREMENTS:

Our client is looking for a Corporate Solicitor with experience gained at a leading city, national or regional practice and someone who has a strong commercial mind and understanding of corporate law. The ability to handle is busy caseload is essential as is a calm head under pressure and good analytical skills. This role would be perfect for a Corporate Solicitor who is still looking for get their teeth stuck into complex and exciting work but is ready to do it in a more close knit and supportive environment offering flexibility.
