This is an exciting opportunity for a skilful solicitor or legal executive to join our client’s thriving practice located in Bromley. The successful applicant will be managing a rewarding caseload of probate litigation matters, whilst assisting the head of department and supervising/guiding the other paralegals and trainees within the team.

- Acting for local authority and commercial creditor clients
- Debt recovery
- Negotiating settlements
- Administration of estates
- Seeking grants of administration
- Dealing with vulnerable clients

- Staff supervision
- Solicitors and legal executives with 1 year’s PQE
- Experience in probate litigation is essential
- Up to date knowledge of wills, probate and the administration of estates
- Use of computerised case management systems
- A flexible attitude to hours and nature of work
