A leading international law firm striving to deliver exceptional advice to its clients spanning the full legal spectrum. It is now seeking a well-rounded and confident individual to join its busy Costs team in Manchester. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious Cost Draftsperson to join a thriving and successful team where your career and personal development will be supported. The newly appointed Costs Draftsperson will take responsibility for a broad range of costs matters predominantly within the clinical negligence and healthcare sectors. You will be responsible for a busy caseload of complex files, preparing points of dispute and reply, costs scheduling, preparing bills of costs and negotiation working with minimal supervision within an expanding team. The successful Cost Draftsperson will have at least 4 years' experience in this specialist area with a sound knowledge of litigation and a thorough understanding of clinical negligence claims. You will have a proven track record in handling all aspects of costs matters in relation to clinical negligence and ideally be experienced in attending assessment hearings.
