CQS accredited practice in Lincolnshire seeks a talented Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner (FTC) on a full-time, temporary basis.
This is a wonderful opportunity for a driven Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join our client’s thriving firm in Stamford. The successful candidate will handle a busy caseload of residential conveyancing matters, whilst providing excellent client care on daily basis. The position is available immediately for a period of 2-3 months.
To put you forward for this position, we require your ideal salary and location and notice period. Responsibilities
- Handling matters from quotes and initial instruction through to post-completion
- Sales and purchases
- Freehold and leasehold
- Transfer of equity
- Title reports
- Paralegal, licensed conveyancer and legal executives with at least 1 year’s experience
- Previous experience in residential conveyancing matters is essential matters
- Available immediately
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Great attention to detail
- IT proficiency
