A thriving firm seeks an experienced Senior Residential Conveyancer on a permanent, full-time basis for their office in East Sussex.
An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Residential Conveyancer to join our client’s new office located in the Uckfield area. The successful candidate will be required to hit the ground running, managing a complex caseload of residential conveyancing matters. To put you forward for this position, we require your ideal salary and location and notice period. Responsibilities
- Freehold and leasehold property
- Obtaining Land Registry documents
- Shared ownership
- Transfers of equity
- Right to buy
- Converting leads into case matters
- Taking new enquiries
- Conveyancers, legal executives and solicitors with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE
- Exceptional client care and communication skills are required
- Attention to detail will be a key attribute
- IT proficiency is important
