Working with a diverse range of local and national clients from PLCs to owner managed businesses and high net worth entrepreneurs, the successful employment individual will be afforded the support and development opportunity to assist on complex and challenging employment matters, while the autonomy to work with your own clients and cases. The team handles the whole remit of employment issues including contracts of employment, restrictive contracts, Equality and Diversity, employment tribunal claims and TUPE.
Working closely with the rest of the team and you will have considerable client facing opportunities and early responsibility within a supportive framework. There is plenty of scope to develop your own skills and talent within the employment field as well as creating an impressive profile internally and externally in the market place. Highly collegiate the teams work closely with all other areas of the business, providing a well-honed one stop shop for clients.
