Top regional firm with offices based across east London is looking to recruit an experienced private client solicitor into their busy, expanding Wills & Probate team due to success and continued growth. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious private client solicitor with strong billing opportunities & genuine career prospects. Salary to £55,000. Flexible remote working on some days is available.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 PQE with a good breadth of knowledge specialising in wills & probates. Main duties include drafting of Wills and Codicils to include complex Wills, preparing lasting powers of attorney, drafting deed variations, probate application, COP, inheritance tax / succession planning and participating in networking practice development activities.
