This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to progress and take a step up to heading a department. Applicants must have previous experience in successfully managing a team as well as strong fee earning background of handling their own caseload from the initial stages through to completion on a computerised case-management system. Sales, purchase and re-mortgage experience is of vital importance as is a meticulous attention to detail.
