JOB TITLE: Corporate Commercial Solicitor
PQE: 2-6 years
LOCATION: Hereford

THE ROLE:
You will be required to handle a varied caseload to include private M&A transactions, asset sales, reorganisations, fundraisings, EIS/SEIS investments, joint ventures, shareholder exits, share schemes, shareholders agreements. The Corporate Commercial team is led by a leading Solicitor, recognised in the Legal 500. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely alongside highly regarded individuals within a competitive market.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate will have at least 2 years' experience within Corporate Commercial law. You will be driven, organised, highly dependable and keen to hit the ground running within a flourishing team. Looking to take the next step in your career, you will boast strong commercial acumen and a flare for business development.
