Home-Based Residential Conveyancer

I am pleased to be working with a specialist, national conveyancing firm as they look to recruit several home-based Residential Conveyancers to handle a busy caseload of conveyancing matters.

The work they provide is of very high quality and their successful business model has experienced substantial year on year growth. Applications will be considered from candidates at Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer and Legal Executive level, provided you have at least 3 years experience at an established firm. You should also have experience handling a demanding case load of sales & purchases from initial instruction through to completion.

On offer is truly flexible working; allowing a Residential Conveyancer to work from home with some flexibility to effectively choose which hours you work. There is also ample opportunity to progress and build a team underneath you within a relatively short period of time. A competitive package, including pension, private medical insurance and a minimum of 25 days annual leave is on offer for this role. There is also an achievable bonus that will increase earning potential considerably.

Due to continued success, they are now looking to expand their offering Nationwide and are looking to speak with qualified Residential Conveyancers (Solicitors/ CILEX/ CLC qualified) who feel comfortable managing a substantial caseload of 70+ files. You must be familiar with all areas of the conveyancing process from initial instruction through to completion and will have sound technical knowledge.
