The Role

The firm is looking to hire an Employment Solicitor 2-5 years PQE into their thriving and growing Southampton office.

The firms well respected team in Southampton are looking for a Solicitor to work a mixed caseload of contentious and non-contentious work.

You will need a good grounding in both contentious and non-contentious matters and they deal with both claimant and respondent work. Their contentious work is often complex with high value claims and, as such, you will have the opportunity to gain expertise on technically and strategically challenging matters as well as interesting non-contentious work primarily supporting the firm's corporate clients.

Requirements

• You will be an Employment Solicitor with 2-5 years PQE
• You will have a good grounding in respondent work and be used to dealing with a wide range client
• You will be ambitious, commercially minded and look to progress
