JOB TITLE: New Build Fee-earner- Legal Executive/Licensed Conveyancer
PQE REQUIRED: 2+ years' experience
LOCATION: Surrey
SALARY: Highly Competitive + Bonus + Benefits

THE ROLE:
This impressive firm offers an established position within the regional market. Currently looking to appoint an experienced New Build Fee-earner into their expanding department. The team handles a breadth of work covering all issues in relation to Residential Development matters including sales, purchases, shared ownership and new build transactions. The successful New Build Fee-earner/Legal Executive/Licensed Conveyancer will be have solid experience gained with a similar private practice law firm. Shared ownership experienced and expertise is essential for the successfully appointed candidate and will form a key part in this role.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful New Build fee-earner will have at least 2+ years' property experience gained whilst working for a similar, Legal 500 rated practice. This position requires an individual who is approachable, confident and enthusiastic to join a progressive firm. Ideally, you will be experienced in dealing with a busy and varied workload with an ability to remain calm under pressure. Your enthusiasm to be part of a friendly, secure and forward-thinking firm will be a given.

They offer a full legal service to both commercial and private clients and are able to boast a profitable practice with high employee retention.
