Senior Home Based Residential Conveyancer

SENIOR CONVEYANCER (HOME BASED)

Upto £35k depending upon experience

HOME BASED (interviews can also be conducted remotely via online video link)

I've worked with this nationally recognised, high profile firm for some time and recruited several conveyancers to their home based network, all of which are delighted with their role!

I'm pleased to be working with them again to recruit a number of conveyancers as their business continues to develop. This role benefits from being home based and removes commute times!

This position is open to experienced conveyancers who have handled and had ownership of over 80 Residential Property files in a previous role.

Candidates must be experienced in varied and technical residential property transactions


Duties and responsibilities will include:

-Running a caseload of Residential Property work

-Handling cases of sale and purchase work across freehold, leasehold, new build, shared ownership, help to buy files

-Handling between 80-120 files

-Working with administrative/secretarial support to complete residential property file associated tasks

-Having the opportunity to earn a bonus of upto £4000 on top of your salary
