A Corporate Solicitor is highly sought by our long-standing client who has offices throughout Yorkshire and the North East. This role is to be based in our clients Darlington or Stokesley office. The role is for a Corporate Solicitor, seeking to be exposed to quality work in a sizeable team.

The Role
-You will work on a wide variety of matters covering work such as corporate finance, governance, restructuring and reorganisations, partnership and shareholder agreements and franchise agreements to name just a few.
-You will join a sizeable department and work closely with the other Solicitors and Partners in the department. However uniquely you will be encouraged to make this role your own.
The Person
-It is envisaged you will have upwards of two years post qualification experience.
-You will possess excellent client care skills, have a natural commercial acumen and just be ambitious and driven.
