Your new role
An important commercial property lawyer role reporting into the head of of the team, as part of a renowned in-house legal function that boasts a high-performance culture and strong retention rate. You will use your expertise to work on property development, leasing, financing and risk advisory matters, while supporting the business a range of additional corporate, commercial and advisory matters. Working with colleagues in teams across Europe and Asia, you will liaise with external stakeholders including regulatory and governmental bodies, suppliers and external counsel. You will work on hugely valuable matters that will make a tangible difference to the business' on-going operations. This is an office-based role.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a UK or Commonwealth qualified commercial property lawyer with at least 8-10 years' PQE (as a guide only). You will have gained strong academics and training a top practice firm. Any subsequent in-house experience in a commercial property team would be welcomed. You will be have demonstrable experience in property development, leasing and other large-scale commercial property matters, with the ability to build working relationships at all business levels.
