Job Details
A well respected, high quality legal firm, with offices across Manchester and Cheshire, are looking for a dedicated and self-disciplined Private Client Fee Earner with specific experience in Trusts and Estates to join their trusted team based near Stretford.
Within the communities they work in, this firm are highly regarded for their effective and efficient service along with their attentive client care. Their specialist trusts and estates department have built a fantastic reputation and long-standing client base.
Due to their continued success they would like to welcome a STEP qualified trusts and estates fee earner to their team. Within this role you will-
- Confidently handle a busy caseload consisting of matters spanning wills, estates, Power of Attorney and Court of Protection.
- Further develop your skills and knowledge of trusts and estates through continued research and training opportunities.
- Liaise with clients in a supportive and timely manner, building trusted relationships between them and the firm.
The ideal candidate for this role will have excellent time management skills and attention to detail. They will have previous proven experience within trusts and estates and will be either STEP qualified or studying for a STEP qualification. However, you are still encouraged to apply if you fall outside of this requirement but feel that you have the relevant skills.
