COURT OF PROTECTION - WEST SUSSEX-
Court of Protection Solicitor (4+ PQE) -
A superb opportunity for a Solicitor of Legal Executive with strong Private Client experience, specialising in Court of Protection matters, at an established regional firm.
The role is senior in nature and is an excellent opportunity to specialise in care capacity and COP matters. The successful candidate will have a sound knowledge of COP procedures be prepared excel in this field. You will be a commercially minded and empathetic individual providing sound advice for vulnerable clients.
You will enjoy a healthy balance between autonomous working, through working on your own caseload, and a supportive environment through working collaboratively within the department.
STEP membership or working towards such would be a bonus here but this is not essential.
