I am currently assisting a very reputable personal injury focused firm in recruiting an Employment Rights Solicitor for their Leeds office.
The role has become available due to the growth the firm has been experiencing in these unprecedented times.
They are looking for experienced and highly skilled Solicitor to join their team to run a varied caseload of litigated and non-litigated Employment Rights cases. You will have the opportunity to manage employment advice and/or representation matters, such as, unfair dismissals, wage claims and settlement agreements claims.
This is an excellent opportunity for any Employment Rights Solicitor who has at least 2 years' experience conducting and managing Employment Rights. You will need to have an excellent knowledge of the Employment Tribunal rules of procedure as well as the litigation process.
