OVERVIEW:
• The appointed Residential Conveyancer will be responsible for managing their own caseload of residential property transactions
• Must have at least 3 years PQE in dealing with the broad remit of residential conveyancing
• Caseload could include all types of residential property transactions including transfer of equity, re-mortgages, sales and purchases and property transfers.
• Open to hearing from Solicitors, Legal Executives and Licensed Conveyancers who are seeking a new challenge within their career
• Possibility of travelling between the firm's offices as and when required.
• Salary up to circa £35,000 dependent on experience
