Commercial Property Solicitor - Cambridge
Our client is a Legal 500 law firm, and have an enviable reputation of offering the best service to their clients. Based in the heart of Cambridgeshire's city centre, you will be joining an established team of professionals offering solid advice, guidance and support to their clients. We are seeking a motivated individual to joining an exceptional commercial property team where you will manage your own caseload and be an individual whilst working collaboratively in this talented team environment.
Responsibilities:
As the Commercial Property Solicitor, you will undertake a full caseload which will include, but not limited to:
- Acquisitions and disposals
- Landlord and tenant
- Development, collaboration and promotion agreements
- Planning applications and appeals
- Planning agreements
- Options and conditional contracts
- Funding agreements
- Security documents
- Site set up and plot sales
- Building contracts
To be considered you will be a qualified professional currently working in a Commercial Property position able to demonstrate experience of all aspects of client engagement at a high level, with a commercial attitude and superb communication skills.
