THE ROLE:

The firm is well known in the legal fraternity for their professional training and development, excellent systems, staff retention and fully support internal promotion. Due to expansion the firm are looking to appoint a talented, ambitious and self-driven Commercial Property Solicitor to join their team. The successful legal professional will work closely with the team on a busy caseload of real estate matters, including lease renewals and new leases.

THE CANDIDATE:
The Partners will consider applications from Commercial Property Solicitors with a strong academic background and good quality commercial property experience. You will be required to work to a high standard, have good technical ability and a positive approach to work. A strong network of contacts in the local areas would be advantageous, as well as willingness to become involved in business development is essential.
