Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive - Ledbury
A well-established practice is seeking to recruit a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join its Commercial Property team in Ledbury.
The Commercial Property team at this Legal 500 firm advises on the full scope of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions and disposals, negotiating and drafting commercial leases, planning matters and agricultural property matters. The team act on behalf of a varied portfolio of clients, consisting of small owner managed businesses, large private and public bodies and property developers. The team prides itself on its in depth knowledge of the local and regional property market.
Applications are welcomed from both Solicitors and Chartered Legal Executives with sound commercial property knowledge, excellent networking and business development skills, and a strong commercial approach to their work.
