Solicitor - Employment

A market-leading law firm based in South London, regarded as first in class in their field, is seeking an Employment Solicitor 3 years PQE to join their dynamic, family-friendly team.

The Role

They are seeking to hire a 3 years+ PQE Solicitor to join their growing employment team in South London.

Their Employment team consists of 2 partners, 2 fee earners and support staff. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced Partners with excellent reputations in the market, giving you an unrivalled level of exposure for your years of PQE.

You will be part of a commercially savvy, technically strong and dynamic team. There will be a broad variety of work making for an interesting role. You will deal with both contentious and non-contentious work for claimant and respondent matters.

The caseload will include but not limited to: TUPE, human rights, contract breaches, settlement agreements, whistleblowing disciplinary procedures, dismissals, redundancies, grievances and complaints and pay, holiday and sickness. You will also deal with work supporting the corporate/commercial department, supporting company sales and purchases.

This firm ensures fee earners only have manageable caseloads so that they can add real value to clients; they charge well for the work that they do. The department has a strong support staff of paralegals and administration personal.

There will be the option to work remotely a few days a week once you have settled into the role.

Remuneration

• Salary £45,000 - £50,000 depending on experience
