Job Details
My client is a national law firm who are looking for a Plot Sales Conveyancer to join their growing team based in Manchester.
The successful Conveyancer will bring with them experience of dealing with Plot Sales. You will have managed your own plot sales files from inception to completion with minimal help from an administrative point of view.
As Plot Sales Conveyancer some of the what you can expect to deal with is;
Preparation of plot sale paperwork to include relevant contract/assurance required to deal with plot reservation.
Pre contract enquiries
Processing exchange of contracts
Preparation of relevant completion statements
Completion Procedures including billing and accounts procedures
Dealing with Land Registry requisitions on title
Title checking part exchange property/chain breaks
Registration procedures including SDLT online and Land Registry
Sale of part exchange/chain break property
Client reports/attendance at client meetings
Procurement of conveyancing searches
