The Role

The firm are looking for a Residential Conveyancer to join their office in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire.

This department deals with good quality levels of work. You will be dealing with a mixed caseload of conveyancing matters including sale, purchase, transfers of equity and remortgages; the role will be client facing.

You will be provided with the tools to develop your technical knowledge and contribute to the profitability of the Residential Property team in a friendly and supportive environment.

Requirements

• You will be a Solicitor, Licenced Conveyancer or Fee Earner with at least 2 years' experience
• You will have experience in handling your Conveyancing cases, with strong exposure
• You should have good technical knowledge and be an organised individual
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients
• You will enjoy working in a challenging, fast moving and professional environment
