Property Lawyer with commercial and residential experience sought on a locum basis to join an established practice in Wiltshire.
Available from the start of October until the 31st of December, the successful lawyer will be able to hit the ground running, utilising their expertise in this field to manage a mixed caseload with a heavy bias towards residential property. Leasehold experience will be essential.

- Sales and purchase
- Landlord and tenant
- Lease extensions
- Business leases
- Acquisitions and disposals of commercial property
- SDLT and IHT mitigations
- A solicitor or chartered legal executive with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE
- Technically proficient in both residential and commercial property
- Leasehold experience will be essential
- Able to manage an existing caseload with minimal supervision
- Works well under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- Strives for high standards in their work
- Available from the 4th of October until the 31st of December
