Your new firm
This highly regarded national firm are seeking Conveyancers to join their Residential Property team based in Gloucester. Your new role
Due to continued growth, the firm is seeking two fee earning residential conveyancers to join their flourishing New Homes Department based in Gloucester to assist with the conveyancing of new build homes. They are looking for a Conveyancer to fee earn and provide some assistance with the management of the team and a more senior Conveyancer to provide support to the Team Leader and to manage the team in the Team Leader's absence.

What you will need to succeed
You will be a capable and dynamic individual in addition to possessing strong commercial acumen and the ability to work under pressure. The ideal candidate will be an experienced Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive. You will be confident handling a caseload and willing to assist with the development and continued growth of the property department and increase their reputation. You will be working in a busy environment therefore it is essential that you have excellent organisational skills and are capable of using your own initiative.
