JOB TITLE: Corporate Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 4+

SALARY: Dependent on experience

THE ROLE:
The appointed Corporate Solicitor will join a team of experts who have established a well-deserved reputation for providing excellent technical advice as well as displaying exceptional commercial awareness. The team actd on behalf of a diverse and wide range of clients including multinational companies, international investors and entrepreneurs. It is expected that the Corporate Solicitor will hit the ground running from the outset and take on a busy caseload, in addition to supporting other more junior members of the team. The role will require you to have strong client facing skills as you will be liaising with clients from day one offering them strategic and commercial advice. You will be working with an entrepreneurial and forward thinking partner who has an excellent client base and is looking for an experienced Associate Solicitor to work alongside them.

THE CANDIDATE:
The ideal Corporate Solicitor will have excellent academics and have gained four or more years of post-qualification experience within corporate law at another recognised law firm. The Solicitor should have a wealth of knowledge in all areas of corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and shareholder agreements. The Corporate Solicitor will be an expert at business development and committed to cross selling and supporting growth of other areas of the business. It would be a distinct advantage if applicants had prior experience of supervising other members of the team as, due to the experience level required for this appointment, the Corporate Solicitor will be expected to use their experience and expertise to help other members of the team reach their full potential. This, however, is not mandatory and full management and leadership training will be provided.
