Head of Residential Conveyancing | New Conveyancing Practice

TSR Legal are currently working with a reputable company based in the Pontypridd area, who are looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer/ Manager to join and head up their new conveyancing practice.

My client’s aim is to grow this new side of the business. They are able to provide excellent work flows that are currently being serviced by other firms with the intention of bringing this in-house.

Description of the role:

Manage own case load of, but not limited to residential sales/purchases/new builds/transfer of equity; and leasehold;

Running files from inception through to completion;

Manage all aspects of the client relationships

Experience of using a Conveyancing Case Management System.

Run the conveyancing department,

COLP duties

Hire conveyancing staff

Full time/ permanent opportunity

Generous salary offered ( To £50,000 )

Holiday entitlement of 25 days holiday

Hours of work are 9-5 with 1 hour for lunch
