FAMILY SOLICITOR:
Headed up by a Partner who is a member of The Law Society's Family Law Panel, the family team offers high quality support to clients, stemming from the experience and talent of its outstanding family lawyers who are acknowledged as leaders in their field. The successful Family Solicitor will enjoy a challenging and varied caseload as well as excellent progression opportunities. Assisting on a range of family matters, you will be expected to manage your own caseload of matters, as well as assist other members within the team. The family department covers a range of family matters including children law, separation, divorce, pre/post nuptial agreements, cohabitation disputes, domestic violence and financial matters. Having gained relevant experience within a firm renowned for their family offerings, you will possess the ability to come in and hit the ground running as well as provide the very best and effective advice to your clients. Advocacy and business development will also be part of the role. The firm place a lot of importance not only on family life and creating that good work life balance, but ensuring staff are extremely well catered for in the working environment.
