Real Estate - Associate/ Senior Associate - Leeds

Our client is an award-winning, top 50 firm, who is looking for a real estate solicitor to join their commercial healthcare property team.

The firm are one of the leading providers in the healthcare sector and have an exceptional reputation; they act for multiple NHS bodies and are on all of the national framework agreements.

The role will involve advising on matters such as; disposals and acquisitions, negotiation of leases and associated landlord and tenant matters, deed of easement, licences, tenancy at will and title investigation and reporting. You will report directly to a partner in a supportive and mentoring environment.

To be considered for the role, you should have proven experience in commercial property and ideally, practice within the health care sector. The team are interested in recruiting an associate/senior associate so are flexible with regard to PQE.
