The Role

The firm are looking to hire a Private Client Solicitor or Senior Solicitor into their Cambridge office

There is a level of flexibility that can be found here, the autonomy in the role sets it far away from a rigid traditional position found elsewhere. The Partners and Senior Management team will provide you with ongoing training and advice on how to approach networking and business development allowing you to build your own regional client base, should you already have contacts or clients to bring, you will be given full support to ensure an easy transition for them.

This will be a fully autonomous role, due to the firm's reputation, a lot of their work comes in through referrals so you will have a number of cases from the start. The caseload will depend on your own focus, but you can be expected to work on a range of matters such as: Wills, Tax Planning, Trusts, Estates and Probate.

Requirements

• You will be a Private Client Solicitor or Senior Solicitor with 4 years PQE +
• There is no upper limit in PQE
• You will have an excellent technical knowledge on a range of Private Client matters and a strong billings history
• You should have evidence of successful business development, a transportable client base, or regional contacts is advantageous
• Salary is competitive, based upon experience
