The ideal Paralegal will have gained a minimum of 1 years' experience in residential conveyancing. You will be a hardworking and ambitious individual with a meticulous eye for detail and the ability to work to strict deadlines. The appointed individual will be very well organised and capable of dealing with a busy caseload of matters and delivering results to a high standard. Joining the team, you work directly with the head of property and a conveyancing. The caseload will consist of residential sales and purchases, assured shorthold agreements, re-mortgages, landlord and tenant law, transfer of title. You will be responsible for issuing sale contract packs, preparing draft completion statements and arrange completions. Undertaking relevant searches and prepare search reports, drafting contracts and deal with clients and third parties.
