Job Details

Conveyancing Locum A Conveyancing Locum is required for a 3 week contract to work in an office of a small and very busy residential conveyancing team near Southampton. The Conveyancing Locum will manage a full case load of residential property transactions including help to buy, new build and part exchange properties. The Firm A forward thinking and modern law firm with clients across southern England. The firm is partner led and employs some very experienced lawyers delivering affordable and effective legal advice. A friendly, professional and vibrant atmosphere and excellent work culture. The Role The Conveyancing Locum will be responsible for a busy case load of residential property transactions including help to buy, new build and part exchange properties. The role is available to start 1st October for 3 weeks and will be office based (Covid secure) on a full time basis. No home working available The Candidate An experienced Residential Conveyancer with new build and help to buy experience is essential. Rate Circa £35 per hour.
