JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 3+ year
LOCATION: Wilmslow
SALARY: Competitive

THE ROLE:
My client are looking to recruit an experienced commercial property solicitor to take on a full caseload of commercial property transactions with a focus on secured lending and development finance. The firm has an existing client base so there will not be a requirement for the commercial property solicitor to generate their own work although applicants with their own following or those who wish to undertake their own business development are welcome. Flexible working and the opportunity to work from home some days a week are available.

THE CANDIDATE:
I am interested in speaking with experienced commercial property solicitors who are able to hit the ground running, working autonomously on their own busy caseload. Given the firm's specialism in secured lending and property finance, experience in this is required. The successful commercial property solicitor will be a strong team player with a demonstratable drive to contribute to the firm's ongoing success.
