Representing corporate and commercial clients, you will be engaged in a diverse range of work including:
- Drafting and advising on employment contracts and HR policies
- Settlement and Compromise Agreements
- Tribunal Proceedings
- Advising on Restructuring and Outsourcing
- Corporate Support
The team is retained by an impressive and broad ranging client base resulting in excellent quality work. As well as acting for significant corporates and commercial clients in varying sectors, instructions also arise from institutional, sport, charity and not-for-profit sector clients.
The nature of this role requires not less than 4 yrs' specialist experience in a well-established employment law team. Ideally you will also have experience, or at least feel very comfortable in contributing and playing a part in business and client development activities such as delivering seminars.
