We are expanding our Legal Safeguarding Team and are looking for a number of lawyers to join our Lexcel Accredited service.

Operating in the fields of adult social care and education law, from time to time you will also be expected to advise councillors and officers in the area of children’s social care. The posts involve significant levels of advocacy in the Court of Protection and other tribunals.

All candidates will need excellent communication skills, team skills and the ability to interpret legislation in a common sense and practical manner, having due regard to the Council’s legal responsibilities.  We offer a supportive environment within a progressive and friendly team.
