A Residential Conveyancing Solicitor is required to join a long standing but very modern award-winning firm in Newcastle upon Tyne. This is a standout role for a highly experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to step into this Head of Residential Conveyancing Department role.
Our client is looking for an individual with a good attitude, someone who is motivated and driven and possesses strong professional values. If this sounds like you and you have a wealth of residential conveyancing experience but are looking to step up and manage a successful team then this is the role for you.
-You will be the Head of a sizeable team of 6 residential conveyancing varying in levels of experience from junior Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers and quality, self-sufficient Paralegals.
-You will be encouraged in this role to implement changes to take the existing team to the next level. The Residential Conveyancing department is one of the most successful teams at the firm and therefore your changes and career development to Partnership will be encouraged.
-Evidently for this role you need to be a quality residential conveyancing Solicitor but equally important you must be a good manager and possess strong leadership skills.
-You must be a qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive. It is envisaged you will have upwards of five years post qualification experience within another residential conveyancing department.
-You must have good knowledge of the CQS and strong connections with local referrers in the Newcastle market.
