JOB TITLE: Contentious Probate Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 12+ months' PQE
LOCATION: London
SALARY: Highly Competitive + Bonuses

THE ROLE:
Joining a highly experienced team of private client solicitors, you will be responsible for; bringing and defending applications under various acts of the law, application for goods to be delivered by executors, instruction on evaluation of assets, applications to determine the value of assets in court, bringing and defending claims on behalf of the estate, as well as other responsibilities. Within this role you will have a diverse and vast client base, acting on behalf of estates, beneficiaries and executors in both their defence and bringing a claim on their behalf.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful individual will have a minimum of 12 months' post qualification experience and will have a demonstrable record of building exceptional client relationships. You will be driven, place a big emphasis on client care and will want to develop your skills within business development. Additionally, organisation, planning and time management skills are key for this opportunity.
