FAMILY SOLICITOR / LEGAL EXEC. - KENT
Family Solicitor -
An outstanding opportunity in Family law for a Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience levels from recently qualified to mid-level at an established firm. You will need to have a solid grounding in private Family and private Childcare matters gained at a respected firm and be keen to develop your career with this reputable firm.
Specific experience relating to the financial aspects of private family law, e.g. financial remedies on divorce and TOLATA claims will be highly desirable.
This is a firm with an excellent reputation in Family matters, offering a whole range of services, and the team is highly supportive. They pride themselves on being modern, friendly and approachable. You will enjoy a collegiate environment whilst having the autonomy to develop a real specialism in Family law, with the support of a well organised team. Membership of Resolution or Family Panel Membership will be beneficial but are by no means essential.
