Private Client Solicitor
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Private Client Solicitor join a thriving Warwickshire practice.
You will take on a busy and varied private client caseload, advising clients on a range of issues. Your caseload will touch upon wills, probate, estate planning, inheritance tax issues, lasting powers of attorney and court of protection matters.
You will work closely with the Head of Department and benefit from their expertise and guidance. You will also enjoy one to one secretarial support, allowing you to focus on your clients.
The firm is well established and has a good reputation for delivering excellent service to their clients. They have traditional values and excellent rates of staff retention. They are conveniently situated and have free onsite parking.
This position would be ideally suited to an NQ-5 year PQE Solicitor with experience handling a full private client caseload.
Salary will be dependent on experience and is expected to be in the region of £40,000.
