COMMERCIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR:
As part of the firms continuous growth and development, the firm are looking for an experienced Solicitor to join their Commercial Property team in Birmingham. As you would expect, the Partners are looking for people with a strong commercial approach and a real aptitude for real estate. You will have the opportunity to work independently, but also to work alongside experienced partners and fee earners on more complex and specialised matters. In this role you will support by providing legal advice to a range of clients. Applications are sought from Commercial Property Lawyers with at least 3 years PQE and real desire to business develop and enhance the profile of the firm and team. Suitable Commercial Property Solicitors will have sound technical expertise in a variety of commercial property matters and have a strong background in building relationships with clients and colleagues.
