Commercial Property Solicitor - 3 years + PQE
I am working with an exciting legal firm in North Yorkshire who are looking to recruit a full time Solicitor to join their Commercial Property team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious professional to develop their career in a growing firm with long term opportunities for progression
If successful, you will be asked to will handle a varied caseload including commercial leases, acquisitions, disposals, development work and planning issues. You will also provide their clients with quality, tailored and support advice to assist with their specific requirements.
There will also be the expectation to take an active role in networking and business development and to generate new clients and contacts
There is some flexibility with the level here so we would be keen to hear from Solicitors/Legal Advisers from 3 years up to a more senior level.
As well as an offer is a competitive package, a great caseload with lots of client contact and a real focus on providing a quality service, progression and development are important factors at this firm and the role has real potential for the right candidate.
